Accounts#

The Accounts screen allows you to create multiple independent areas within Sherpa AI Server, each of which will have its own Chats, Chat Audit Logs, Documents, Users, allowing different departments of the company to work in isolation from each other.

There are no restrictions on the number of Accounts created in Sherpa AI Server.

Accounts within Sherpa AI Server are not Users. A separate tool "Users" is provided to define User rights.

3."Delete Selected" button

Allows you to delete selected Accounts from Sherpa AI Server.

You can also delete individual Accounts by clicking the button in the corresponding row of the "Accounts" table. A confirmation window appears when deleting an Account.

4."Export to CSV" buttonAllows you to export the list of Accounts to a CSV file.
5."Export to XLSX" buttonAllows you to export the list of Accounts to an XLSX file.
6.Accounts tableDisplays the list of accounts registered in the system.
6.1.Selection checkboxAllows you to select one or more Accounts for group actions.
6.2."Account Login" columnDisplays the Account login.
6.3."Company" columnDisplays the company to which the Account belongs.
6.4."Department" columnDisplays the division or department of the User with this Account.
6.5."First Name" columnDisplays the first name of the User with this Account.
6.6."Last Name" columnDisplays the last name of the User with this Account.
6.7."Email" columnDisplays the email address of the User with this Account.
6.8."Phone" columnDisplays the phone number of the User with this Account, if provided.
6.9."Created" columnDisplays the date and time the Account was created.
6.10.Edit button Allows you to open the selected Account for viewing or editing data.
6.11.Delete button Allows you to delete a specific Account from the table.
7.Bottom panel of the tableContains controls for the number of rows and page navigation.
7.1.Allows you to select the number of Accounts displayed on one page.
7.2.Shows the range of displayed Accounts and the total number of records.
7.3.Allows you to navigate between pages of the Accounts table.

Create Account#

To create a new account, you need to click the "Create" button in the "Accounts" table and fill out the opened form.

The new Account creation form offers three authentication options, from which you can select the desired one by setting the flag:

  • "Local";
  • "Use LDAP authentication";
  • "Use OpenID authentication".

Local Authentication#

Edit Account#

To view and edit the properties of a specific Account, you need to select it from the list and click the button . After that, a form with the Account settings will open, where you can make the necessary changes. There are no new fields in the previously created Account.
