Deployment, composition and licensing#

Deployment options#

The platform supports a minimal installation of server components on one server and a distributed highly available topology. Each server component supports redundancy, state recovery and availability checks. Failure of one instance does not lose projects or assign the same Job twice.

Server components are installed through Docker. The browser editor requires no workstation Designer installation. Executors use supported operating systems, including Astra Linux, Alt Linux and RED OS. The delivery matrix defines OS, Runtime and external application versions for each operation.

Software composition#

The distribution includes platform components, application server, web server, database and dependencies. The component and license inventory is part of the delivery package. Clients do not need separate third-party licenses for included server components. Applications automated by Robots have separate licensing requirements.

Microsoft Workflow Foundation is not used to construct or execute workflows. The built-in queue uses platform logic. See the Orchestrator installation section for installation, updates and backups.
