Object Folders#

The "Object Folders" screen allows you to group related elements by category.

Allows you to delete the selected access folders from Sherpa AI Server.

You can also delete individual access folders by clicking the button in the corresponding row of the "Object Folders" table. When an access folder is deleted, a confirmation window appears.

5."Refresh" buttonRefreshes the list of object folders.
6."Name" columnDisplays the name of the object folder.
7."Description" columnDisplays the description of the object folder, if provided.
8."Created" columnDisplays the date and time when the object folder was created.
9."Modified" columnDisplays the date and time of the object folder’s last modification.
10.edit button Allows you to open the selected object folder for editing its parameters.
11.delete button Allows you to delete a specific object folder from the list.

Create Object Folder#

To create a new object folder, click the "Create Folder" button in the "Object Folders" table and fill out the form that appears in the "Folder" popup window.

Edit Object Folder#

To view and edit the properties of a specific object folder, select it from the list and click the button . After that, a form with the object folder settings will open, where you can make the necessary changes.

In addition to the fields filled in when the object folder is created, the form shows the GUID (the unique identifier assigned to the folder after creation) when editing. This field cannot be edited.

Using Object Folders on Other Screens#

Documents Screen#

When creating and editing a document on the "Documents" screen, you can select the desired access folder in the "Object Folders" field.

Roles Screen#

When creating a role, you need to select an object folder from the object tree on the screen.

After that, access is restricted to the objects within the server that correspond to the selected object folder.

Assistants Screen#

When creating and editing an assistant, you can also select the desired object folders.
