Version 5.9.3#
03.08.2026.
A new release of Sherpa Orchestrator is available: Version 5.9.3.
- The "All Robots" group has been fixed and is now separate for each Account so that new Robots are automatically added to their Account group.
- Display of the latest Job for each Process has been added without additional requests.
- File transfer between Folders and replacing a File's contents in the "Storage" section while preserving its identifier has been added.
- Receiving and creating Tasks in a selected Queue with filtering by name, status, priority, tags, and creation date has been added.
- Changing Task tags by name with automatic creation of missing tags has been added.
- Data isolation has been strengthened for Accounts for Users, Roles, Tasks, Jobs, Triggers, Robot Messages, and Audit records.
- Access to Queue Tasks and Robots in groups has been restricted with Folder assignments for objects taken into account.
- Robot and Resource passwords are now stored in encrypted form and are used correctly when connecting and assigning Jobs.
- Account management has been fixed: only the current Account and its direct child Accounts are available, the current Account cannot be deleted, and deleting a child Account removes its entire subtree.
- Creating child Accounts is now restricted by a separate permission that cannot be granted to yourself or passed on without the appropriate authority.
- Account export has been fixed: only the current Account and its direct child Accounts are exported, without passwords or access keys.
- User management and the relationships between Roles and Users and between Tasks and tags have been fixed so that operations no longer affect other Accounts.
- Jobs created through an integration without an explicit status now receive the "Queued" status and the "API" source and are picked up correctly by the scheduler.
- The links between a Job and its Process, Robot, Task, and Trigger have been switched to stable identifiers to prevent incorrect associations.
- Editing permissions in the "Roles" section has been simplified: the extra "Access" column has been removed, the permissions matrix is now more compact, and its header is fixed while scrolling.
- Imports now reject a missing, empty, corrupted, or too large File with a clear message instead of an internal error.
- Queues can no longer be created or renamed to a name that is already taken within the same Account.
- Opening the "Trigger" dialog has been fixed: saved values, selected entities, Queue settings, and the enabled flag are restored correctly.
- Creating and editing Jobs, including related entities and error display for required selection fields, has been fixed.
- Task tags with different letter cases are now treated as distinct, and adding or renaming tags no longer causes them to be lost or triggers an internal error.
- Table filtering has been fixed: a new filter replaces the previous one, the "Contains" and "Does not contain" conditions work correctly, multiple columns are supported, and date filters work as expected.
- Creating Actions and opening the "Actions" palette through a direct link without a selected Object Folder have been fixed.
- The saved Task uniqueness flag is once again displayed correctly in the "Queue" dialog.
- Task assignment between a Robot and a Trigger has been fixed: a Task that is already taken or reserved is not assigned to a second Job, and a new Task receives the "New" status.
- The viewer window in the "System Errors" section, filter selection, and access rights checking for the list have been fixed.
- The standard panel, Robot, Queue, and Job status charts, and correct empty-state rendering have been restored in the "Overview" section.
