# Installing Java Plugin

> To install this plugin, you must first close all applications that use Java.

The Java plugin uses JavaBridge technology, which provides reliable and flexible integration of Java with external applications and programming languages. JavaBridge enables interaction between system components across different platforms, ensuring high scalability, security, and ease of managing integration.

> The plugin is developed by Oracle. By selecting this option, you are only enabling it in the folder where Java is installed.

After installing the plugin, you need to restart your computer.

After installing the plugin with administrator rights, further use of the plugin can be done with standard user rights.

> If you need to install the Java plugin in a specific folder rather than system-wide, there is a program "JavaPluginInstall.exe" in the Robot folder. To navigate to the Robot folder, right-click the Assistant shortcut on the desktop and then select "Open file location."
