# Insert Table Insert a table into a Word document.

Word document where the Work is currently taking place.

The variable name in this property must match the variable name in the "Link to Document" property of the "Create Document" or "Open Document" blocks from the Word group that were previously used to create or open this document.

Inserted Table[Data Table] Data table whose data needs to be inserted into the document.
Table Index

[Number] Index of the table in the document where the specified table will be inserted. Numbering starts from 1.

If the value is empty, the table will be inserted at the end of the document.

Replace Text

[Text] If a value is specified in the property, the table will be inserted in place of this text, and the text itself will be deleted. In other words, the text will be replaced with the table. The "Table Index" and "Replace Text" properties are mutually exclusive.

The property works only when the "Use COM" checkbox is checked.

Skip HeaderIf enabled, the first row will be skipped when inserting data into the Word table. Not used if the "Skip Rows in Word Table" property is specified.
Skip Rows in Inserted Table[Number] When inserting the table, the specified number of rows at the beginning of the inserted table will be skipped.
Skip Rows in Word Table[Number] When inserting the table, the specified number of rows at the beginning of the Word table will be skipped.
Table Number[Number] Returns the number of the inserted table in the document.
Error Handling Level

Select the error handling level. Possible values:

  • "Default" - default;
  • "Ignore" - errors are ignored;
  • "Handle" - errors are handled.

If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.

Message Level

Select the message level that blocks will output during operation. Possible values:

  • "Default" - default;
  • "Release" - output is disabled;
  • "Debug" - main information output;
  • "Detailed" - detailed information output.

If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.

Error Text[Text] Returns detailed information about the error in case of incorrect execution of the block's work.
