# Get Data from Range

Read values from a range of cells in an ODS document.

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th valign="top"></th><th valign="top"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td valign="top">ODS Document</td><td valign="top">[Link] The ODS document that was obtained when creating or opening the file.</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Sheet</td><td valign="top"><p>[Number/Text] ID (ordinal number) or name of the sheet where the required cell is located.</p><p>Numbering starts from 1.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Range</td><td valign="top"><p>[Text] The range of cells from which data needs to be read (for example, "B4", "A1:C4").</p><p>If only the starting cell is specified, data will be read to the end of filled rows/columns (cells are considered filled if formatted or if there is a value in the cell).</p><p>The value also accepts <code>*</code> for patterns (for example, "B4:*", "A1:*4", "A1:E*").</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Has Headers</td><td valign="top">If enabled, the first row of the read range will be treated as the header of the table columns.</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Result</td><td valign="top">[Data Table] Returns the content of the range of cells.</td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Error Handling Level</td><td valign="top"><p>Select the level of error handling.</p><p>Possible values:</p><ul><li>"Default" - by default;</li><li>"Ignore" - errors are ignored;</li><li>"Handle" - errors are handled.</li></ul><p>If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Message Level</td><td valign="top"><p>Select the level of messages that will be output by the blocks during operation.</p><p>Possible values:</p><ul><li>"Default" - by default;</li><li>"Release" - output is disabled;</li><li>"Debug" - outputs main information;</li><li>"Detailed" - outputs detailed information.</li></ul><p>If "Default" is selected, the value from the "Start" block of this diagram will be used.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign="top">Error Text</td><td valign="top">[Text] Returns detailed information about the error in case of incorrect execution of the block's work.</td></tr></tbody></table>
