# Set Text

Set text for a web page element (for example, an editing field) or assign a value to an element's attribute. In tasks that emulate user input, this block works faster than the "Press Keys" block, but depending on the type of web page and control element, it may not yield the desired result. In such cases, use the "Press Keys" block.
