# Full Scan Result

**The "Result of Full Scanning" window** is a window displaying the results obtained during the Robot's work with the scanned document based on the created template. The resulting form shows all attributes and tables found in the document.

The results window is divided into two table sections:

1. **Attributes (left)** – this table section displays data obtained by the Robot based on the specified Attributes and Anchors. Most often, this is general information (about the Customer, Contractor, Investor, for example, name and details). The Attributes also specify the Document Number and Date.
2. **Table (right)** – this table section displays data contained in the tables of the scanned document, obtained by the Robot as a result of working with the created template using OCR modules.

This data can be in numerical format, such as price, cost, total, etc.

The **"Refresh" button** allows for re-scanning.

In the **"Operating Mode" menu**, you can choose one of two options:

* **"Simple Mode"**. This is set by default. Suitable for working with single-page documents.
* **"Full Recognition Mode."** Suitable for working with multi-page documents (if the file contains two or more documents), one of which has the anchor "LastPage."\

  In this case, an output parameter will be displayed – the number of pages that participated in the work of the Template Generator. Full recognition will be conducted from the current page until the "LastPage" anchor is found.\
  \
  If we start "Full Scanning" not on the first page of a multi-page document, and if one of the pages has the "LastPage" anchor, the Template Generator will display a window asking: "Do you want to perform recognition from the first page?"
  * If the "Yes" button is pressed, the Template Generator algorithm will recognize the document from the first page until the "LastPage" anchor is found.
  * If the "No" button is pressed, the Template Generator algorithm will recognize the document from the current page until the "LastPage" anchor is found.

In the **"Table" menu**, you can select the desired table for analysis.

The **"Export to Excel" button** allows you to save the current table in Excel file format (.xlsx), enabling further editing and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
